Christmas 2012 in Austin, Texas!

This was first time we weren't in St. George for Christmas, but it was definitely fun! We left Saturday morning (December 22) and about 24 hours later, we finally made it to my Grandparent's house!

Christmas Eve
Christmas Eve we had a big dinner with my Grandma and Grandpa, aunt Tammy, aunt Nancy, and my cousins Mikey, Matt, Lizzie, Amy, Nick, and little Cole.

It's a tradition of ours to drive around and look at lights on Christmas Eve, so we did that after dinner! Here are some of my favorites...

Christmas Morning!

It was so great to spend Christmas with all my wonderful family in Austin! I love them all so much!!!:)

San Antonio
One of the days we drove to San Antonio and went to a little mexican market!

My dad's friend bought some confetti eggs and gave me one, so of course I had to get Anna!:)

After the market we went to see the Alamo!

HUGEST fish I have ever seen!

Grandma's Jungle
One of the weirdest things being in texas for christmas was the wonderful weather! There is no way you could get grapefruits, lemons, oranges, and avacados to grow in the winter!

Worlds best grapefruits!

My best friend Cole came to play Friday morning! I love this kid sooo much!

Our Journey Through Inner Space!
Growing up my dad loved going to the innerspace caverns so we had to make a trip to see if they really were as cool as he said they were...and they definitely were!

The belly button of the cave :)

sumo wrestler eating icecream!
The little mermaid on a dolphin

Zoe the zebra outside the caves:)

Our VERY Long way home

Decorated trees on our way out of Austin! definitiely living up to the saying of "Keep Austin Weird!"

Beautiful sunset somewhere in Colorado I think!

My mom wanted to go check out monument valley for the photography tour she does with my great uncle drake each year! It was sooooo beautiful even though we froze every time we went outside!

Christmas in Austin was great, but it was nice to be back in sunny St. George for New Years!
